Cat program #1

Cats are simple creatures, and instead of personifying them, it might be more accurate to think of them as having small programs running in their heads.

while(chinScratch())
{
     purr();
}

For those of you who don't program, this basically means, as long as "chinScratch" is happening, run the "purr" function. It's anyone's guess what happens when "chinScratch" stops.
